Indirect Carcinoma-stromal Interaction Enhances Invasion of Both Fibroblast and Tumor Cells on a Microfluidic Co-culture Device

Abstract: Fibroblasts get significant involvement in cancer development and progression. In this work, a microfluidic non-contact co-culture platform has been presented to investigate interactions between tumor cells and normal fibroblasts.
