“…An experiment within older adult women used VR to determine if it can positively affect their quality of life. The experiment found that women who participated in the study experienced greater improvements in their mental health than in their physical health (Lee, 2015). The use of the VR system allowed the women to undertake longer workouts which did increase their physical health in addition to the mental health benefits.…”
