Induced sulfur metabolism by sulfur dioxide maintains postharvest quality of ‘Thompson Seedless’ grape through increasing sulfite content

Abstract: BACKGROUND: The commercial preservation of table grapes largely depends on the application of sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ).
