Induction Motor Control using SVPWM Quasi Z Source Current Fed Inverter

Abstract: This paper presents the simulation model for speed control of induction motor using SVPWM Quasi Z source inverter. Here the DC input voltage is boosted by using quasi Z network and the output of the quasi Z source network is applied to the three phase SVM based inverter. The variable voltage, variable frequency AC output of the inverter is used to control the speed of the induction motor.
