Abstract: A significantly increased spontaneous cell-mediated cytotoxicity (SCMC) has been reported in synovial fluid lymphocytes (SFL) as compared to peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and that of normal controls [1-3].
