Abstract:Enzymes are important biological catalysts that perform specialized functions within living organisms. Industrial enzymes are crucial in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, the textile industry, the manufacturing of chemicals, biodiesel, the food and beverages industry, and consumer goods.
