Abstract:Background: Caesarean myomectomy is a surgical operation whereby a myomectomy is done during the course of caesarean section. Traditionally, caesarean myomectomy has been discouraged because of the potential maternal morbidity and mortality however, in carefully selected patients, it can be done. We present two cases of women who had caesarean myomectomy in our hospital without need for blood transfusion.
