Abstract:AbstractÖz A five months old male infant was presented with difficulty in breathing and stridor since birth. Chest radiography showed clear lung fields with prominent peribronchial markings. The patient underwent flexible bronchospic procedure which showed a large, anteriorly located, laringeal cystic dilatation above the vocal cords.
