Abstract:A 1-year-old otherwise healthy female presented with rolled micronychia and a triangular lunula of a single finger (Figure 1). She was born at term to non-consanguineous parents, and her mother took no prescription medications during pregnancy. Her otherwise healthy sister and father both have a history of nail dystrophy.
