“…Although there are lack of effective specific antivirals or drug combinations available for the treatment of COVID-19 supported by high-quality evidence [24] , [25] , [26] , [27] , [28] , according to the current research findings, there are some potential drugs can help COVID-19 patients [29] , [30] , [31] , [32] , [33] , which requires a great deal of continuity research with high quality. At the same time, prognosis was one of the most concerned subject by researchers, especially for pregnant and children, which still has a lot of uncertainty for researchers to pay attention [34] .…”

“…In this study, suspected Kasabach-Merritt syndrome was found in 19 cases. In these patients, the platelet counts were less than 50×10 9 , the hemangioma diameters were greater than 8 cm, and there were no abnormalities in the prothrombin time and hemoglobin. Among these cases, 8 had platelet counts of less than 10×10 9 , 2 had platelet counts between 10×10 9 and 20×10 9 , 2 had platelet counts between 20×10 9 and 30×10 9 , and 7 had platelet counts between 30×10 9 and 50×10 9 .…”

“…A real-world multicenter study can reveal much more information about a disease than randomized clinical trials owing to the large sample size and full data sets that can be obtained. With the increased understanding of hepatic hemangioma, and especially with the rapid development of imaging technology (5-8), the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of this disease have improved (1,9). In the present study, the ratio of male to female in-hospital patients with hepatic hemangioma was 1:1.9, which is similar to previous were treated once, 6.45% were treated twice, 1.99% were treated 3 times, and 2.37% were treated more than 3 times.…”

“…Diagnosis of HH mainly depends on imaging examination, without the need for puncture biopsy. The nal inclusion criteria were: (1) age ≥18 years and ≤80 years; (2) female patients pathologically diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and HH by abdominal ultrasound + contrast enhanced ultrasound + upper abdominal CT [4][9] ; (3) single or multiple HH found by imaging evaluation; (4) good liver function, Child-Pugh grade A; (5) generally good patient condition and cardio-pulmonary function that can tolerate operation. Exclusion criteria were: (1) incomplete follow-up data; (2) a history of upper abdominal operation; (3) previous effective treatment for HH; (4) combined with hepatic malignant tumors.…”

“…Hepatic hemangiomas(HH) are common benign vascular endothelial tumors of the liver [1] , with a higher incidence in women compared with men . They are more common in infants, and less frequent in adults [2] . HH do not cause apparent symptoms commonly, and are incidentally detected during clinical examination for other diseases [3] .…”
