Infective Endocarditis with Escherichia coli Secondary to Urosepsis

Abstract: Infective endocarditis (IE) is a multisystem disease that results from infection, usually bacterial, of the endocardial surface of the heart. The main causative organisms of IE are gram-positive streptococci, staphylococci, and enterococci infection.
