Inflammatory aneurysm in the infrarenal portion of thoracoabdominal aneurysms: An uncommon variant

Abstract: Type IV thoracoabdominal aneurysm with inflammatory changes can be treated at surgery with a retroperitoneal approach. Usually the fibrotic response is confined to the infrarenal portion of the aneurysm.
