Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumour of Lung, A Rare Entity

Abstract: Inflammatory fibroblastic tumour of lung is a rare mesenchymal tumour usually affecting the children and young adults. It is usually considered as a benign entity however it has high potential for recurrence and local invasion. Exact pathogenesis of tumour is not known.
