Infliximab treatment for large, multifocal, abdominal pyoderma gangrenosum associated with ulcerative colitis: A case report

Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum is an uncommon neutrophilic dermatosis that is highly associated with pathergy in the setting of trauma or surgery, systemic disease, or may be idiopathic.
