Influence of Autonomy, Skills, and Knowledge: Role Efficacy on Discretionary Effort of Indian Retail Managers

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the relation among role efficacy, discretionary effort, autonomy and skills, and knowledge. A structured questionnaire was administered to 480 retail store managers from Bengaluru City. The proposed research hypotheses were evaluated using the PLS-SEM model.
