Influence of co-precipitation of copper and nickel on the formation of a denuded zone in Czochralski silicon

Abstract: The influence of co-precipitation of copper and nickel on the formation of a denuded zone (DZ) in Czochralski silicon (Cz Si) was systematically investigated by means of etching and optical microscopy (OM).
