With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the current employment problem has gradually become hotter. At the same time, the number of college graduates has shown rapid growth. However, due to the development of science and technology in our country, the demand for labor has declined, and various factors have caused college students to find themselves in a difficult situation.The purpose of this article is to conduct research on the design of a public utility management assisted employment platform based on big data technology. Based on the analysis of the employment history and current situation of college students in New China, this paper analyzes the employment dilemma of college students from the perspective of "New Public Management", applies the concept of new public management to the public service platform of college student employment, and proposes that college students should be further improved. The degree of marketization of employment, the construction of a diversified employment service platform for college students, etc.Further clarify the focus of solving the employment problem of college students. Due to the theoretical and practical deficiencies of the new public management itself, the employment platform for college students derived from the perspective of the new public management has deficiencies. The experimental research results show that the effectiveness of the auxiliary employment platform for public utilities management is better is the auxiliary employment platform C for public utilities management, with an effectiveness of 75.83%. In general, the effective average of the auxiliary employment platform for public utilities management is 70. It can be seen that the actual use of these auxiliary employment platforms is not large, and at the same time, it also shows that there is a lot of room for.

The significant role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in achieving sustainability and in meeting the expectations of stakeholders has been well documented. Using a collection of 2173 publications on CSR and its connections with business performance, this study conducted a bibliometric investigation using the Systematic Literature Network Analysis (SLNA) technique combined with network visualizations to demonstrate the current research trends, most topical themes and the developing areas of interest in the growing field of CSR and its linkages with business performance for an approximate period from 2004 to 2023 as published in the Scopus database of two decades. The goal was to explore the research gaps by analyzing the most cited authors and most impactful publications by year, location, subject area and document type. The study also outlined the trends by topic prevalence, commonly used keywords and citation networks based on co-occurrence and co-authorship to identify the current thematic gaps. The results reveal a mild rate of growth in scholarly interest around the field of CSR and business performance until 2022, where a manifold increase in publications was recorded. An expanding focus on human, social and organizational behavior, economic systems, financial and social performance, leadership, stakeholder management and management science was identified, although there is a scarcity of studies around issues regarding developing countries, climate change, CSR disclosure and small businesses. These findings demonstrate the current state of the research and offer interesting insights and timely research directions as a roadmap for future studies.

Purpose: Up until now, no study has compared how CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is implemented across different business sectors. This article's purpose is to close this knowledge gap by examining how businesses across many industries modify and incorporate social responsibility into their fundamental business practices to draw in both domestic and foreign investors. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employs a descriptive quantitative research design, utilizing secondary data collecting via examination of annual reports or company sustainability reports from the three primary industries that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and frequently engage in voluntary corporate social responsibility. Findings: The analysis's findings demonstrate how the three sectors embrace the idea of social responsibility, albeit with various implementation strategies. The major consumer sector is more focused on the environment, the technological sector focuses on social issues, and the finance sector prioritizes corporate social responsibility from an economic perspective. Implications/Originality/Value: Offers a global perspective on corporate social responsibility (CSR), pertinent data and analysis for investors from different nations, and the potential to grow into a significant global resource for the community at large for comprehending how CSR affects sustainable investment choices in the global market.
