Influence of development conditions on qualitative indicators of Fungus Chaga

Abstract: The paper gives description of the growth conditions on the output of valuable components from the fungus chaga. The samples of chaga represent two different regions of Eurasia – Western Siberia and the Czech Republic. The results of the research proved that the yield of melanin in water extracts from the chaga grown in Western Siberia was 1.7% higher than that of the Czech analogue.
