Influence of elastic modulus of bearing materials on mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication performance of journal bearings and experimental investigation

Abstract: In order to improve the lubrication performance of marine bearings under low speed and heavy load conditions, a mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication model considering elastic deformation, turbulence effect, rough surface contact, and fluid lubrication is established.
