Influence of Fe<sup>3+</sup> Ion Substitution on Thermal and Dielectric Properties of Titanium Dioxide

Abstract: ABSTRACT. Thermal and dielectric characteristics of Fe 2 O 3 doped TiO 2 (FDT) nanopowder is investigated. Formation of FDT was prepared using the formula [1-x] TiO 2 + [x] Fe 2 O 3 by solid state reaction method. The Surface morphology was studied using atomic force microscopy (AFM) technique; it reveals the average particle size in the range of 180 to 200 nm.
