“…100 µm 100 µm 100 µm 100 µm aproximadamente 8% [36]. Observou-se similaridade na coloração das peças: os corpos de prova queimados a 800 °C apresentaram uma tonalidade marrom, os queimados a 900 °C adquiriram cor alaranjada e a 1000 °C cor vermelha.…”

“…This is related to the volume expansion of closed pores in the ceramic tiles due to the improvement of gases pressure inside the closed pores (Aripin et al, 2014). Moreover, a higher water absorption value shows higher apparent porosity of the ceramic tiles (Baccour et al, 2009;Martín-Márquez et al, 2008). Consequently, the water absorption and porosity of ceramic tiles decrease with rising sintering temperature in the range of 1100-1250ºC.…”

“…Porous clay composite which is used as a filtration medium had permeability on the order of ~10 -17 m 2 up to ~10 -15 m 2 and could be used as water purification. However, these materials were obtained by the heating process at high temperatures T=900 C-1200 C [3]. Meanwhile, the composite porous with the heating process at a lower temperature T=650 C-750 C could be obtained from waste glass.…”

“…TiO 2 can be effective as a catalyst in the photocatalyst process when obtaining solar irradiation or UV light directly. A high density of TiO 2 about of 4.32 g/cm 3 , causes TiO 2 must to have a modifications by immobilization of TiO 2 particles on a low density and transparent polymer [7,8]. This modification have to do so that TiO 2 particles can float above the water surface and receive solar irradiation or UV light directly.…”
