Influence of Gamma Radiation on the Properties of Biodegradable PBAT – Poly (butylene Adipate co‐terephthalate) Active Films with Orange Essential Oil

Abstract: Different methods of sterilization are used in food packaging for the packaging of raw or processed foods. The use of gamma radiation as a sterilizing source of packaging does not alter several fundamental aspects of food, besides increasing the shelf life and freshness of food.
