Abstract:BackgroundNucleophosmin 1 (NPM1) gene‐mutated acute myeloid leukemia (NPM1mut AML) is classified as a subtype with a favorable prognosis. However, some patients fail to achieve a complete remission or relapse after intensified chemotherapy.
