Abstract:It is shown that the tensoproperties of silicon with nanoclusters of manganese atoms differ significantly from the tensoproperties of conventional semiconductors. Discovered has been found that an increase in temperature and illumination significantly increases the tenso sensitivity of the material. The results obtained are explained by the change in the energy spectrum of electrons both in nanoclusters of manganese atoms and in mini-zones formed by nanoclusters in such a material. Keywords: pressure, tensopro… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
