Influence of Organisational Resources on Performance of ISO Certified Organisations in Kenya

Abstract: This study aimed at examining the influence of organisational resources on organisational performance of International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) certified organisations in Kenya. The study was based on Total Quality Management (TQM) theory. A cross-sectional research survey design was adopted.
