Abstract:This study discussed the effect of oxygen impurity in the inlet gas of a nitrogen atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ). A numerical model that takes into account the fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mass transfer, diffusion, and chemical reactions was developed to simulate the nitrogen APPJ.
