Influence of Pregnancy on the Pathogenesis of Listeriosis in Mice Inoculated Intragastrically

Abstract: Pregnancy increases the risk of listeriosis, a systemic disease caused by Listeria monocytogenes. However, there is incomplete agreement on the reasons for this increased risk.
