Influence of primary tumor location on resectability of synchronous colorectal liver metastases and oncologic outcomes after liver resection

Abstract: positive nodes. Most of the patients(57%) were treated with FOLFOX scheme. The mean of follow-up was 52 months.The total number of MM identified on baseline imaging was 64.At surgical pathology, 52 of 64 lesions resected demonstrated non-viable-tumor. Recurrence occurred in 44% of patients with a mean follow-up of 10 months +/-2.4 months of which 18%(3 patients) relapsed in situ.
