Influence of Professional Self-concept, Self-leadership on Elderly Care Performance of Geriatric Hospital Nurses

Abstract: The objectives of this study were to elucidate the relationship between geriatric care hospital nurses' professional self-concept, self-leadership, and their geriatric nursing performance and to clarify factors that affect geriatric nursing performance.
