Influence of Psychosocial Factors on Job Performance of Female Teachers in Kwara State, Nigeria

Abstract: This study focused on the influence of psychosocial factors on job performance of female teachers in Kwara State, Nigeria. The study also examined the variables of age, level of education and length of years in service. The descriptive survey was adopted for the study. A total sample of 400 respondents was selected in Kwara State, using the simple random and purposive sampling techniques.
