Influence of Semi-Conducting Layers Formation Technology on Electrical Parameters of Si Structures Used in Photovoltaics

Abstract: The aim of this work is to present the results of research, which was conducted to verify the possibility of quantum efficiency improvement by the means of ion-implantation.
