Abstract

The influence of the conditions of laser initiation on soft X-rays emission of vacuum spark E D Vovchenko and A P Melekhov -The spectrum simulation of the soft X-ray for vacuum spark with laser initiation A P Melekhov and E D Vovchenko Corresponding author e-mail: apmelekhov@mephi.ruAbstract. At a certain form of broadband source soft X-ray spectrum is expected to achieve selective radiation exposure to one of the elements of a multi-component material Cd x Hg 1-x Te. In this case we can talk about a change of the surface properties of the substance as a result of selective absorption of soft X-rays.
