Abstract:An 8 week research was conducted to evaluate the growth performance, carcass characteristics and blood profile of broiler chickens fed sorghum offal, rice bran and cowpea shell as sources of fibre. Diet 1 contained wheat offal as the control, diet 2 contained sorghum offal, and diet 3 contained rice bran while diet 4 contained cowpea shell.
