Influence of surface adsorption on MoS2 memtransistor switching kinetics

Abstract: Sulfur-deficient polycrystalline two-dimensional (2D) molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) memtransistors exhibit gate-tunable memristive switching to implement emerging memory operations and neuromorphic computing paradigms.
