Influence of synthesis parameters on density and phase composition of materials based on Ti3SiC2

Abstract: Для синтеза Ti3SiC2 методом спекания при 1300 и 1400 °С в течение 1‒5 ч использовали разные смеси исходных порошков Ti/Si/C, Ti/Si/TiC, Ti/SiC/C, Ti/SiC/TiC, Ti/TiSi2/TiC и TiH2/SiC/C. Установлено, что порошки Ti/Si/TiC и Ti/TiSi2/TiC являются лучшими для синтеза Ti3SiC2. Количество синтезированной фазы Ti3SiC2 достигает 98,3 и 90,3 об. % при температуре спекания 1400 °С в течение 1 ч. Ti3SiC2 синтезируется и растет в виде вытянутых зерен.
