Abstract:The effect of the extraction procedure on the antioxidant capacity of extracts of pequi pulp: aqueous (AQ), alcoholic (ALC) and acetomethyl (AM), obtained respectively by the solvents water, ethanol and methanol followed by acetone, was investigated.
