Influence of the Hall effect on domain wall mobility in a cylindrical sample with circumferential easy axis

Abstract: The influence of the Hall effect on magnetization reversal was studied in a cylindrical sample with circumferential easy axis of magnetization. It was shown that due to the Hall effect the mobility of the single boundary between adjacent domains with opposite magnetization (“circular” domain wall – cdw) depends on the relative orientation of the current flow and orientation of wall displacement, and that the magnetic field structure on the wall also depends on the Hall effect.
