Abstract:The objectives of this study were to determine whether or not the presence type 2 diabetes (T2D) is associated with significantly less postoperative weight loss and to evaluate the impact of T2D on body composition and micronutrient status in patients submitted to laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG).
