“…Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB; [10]), the ViolEx model [11,12], and literature review, Strelow et al [13,14] recently proposed a model that maps factors influencing teachers' intention to use effective CMS and also tested it first on pre-service and then slightly modified on in-service teachers [13,14].
