Altered gene expression and miRNA expression associated with cancerous IEC-6 cell transformed by MNNG

“…To find out the genes associated with cancer biological pathways involved in transformation and tumorigenesis, we transformed normal IEC-6 cells to cancer cells by treatment with cancerogenic agent of MNNG and PMA. IEC-6 cell line was derived from normal rat intestinal epithelia [ 20 ]. We transformed IEC-6 cells, and identified the altered gene expression by rat Oligo GEArray microarray of the six biological pathways involved in transformation and tumorigenesis.…”
