Abstract:However, the epidemic remains a global health threat considering the increasing comorbidity and multidrug resistance of TB. The WHO has reported that approximately 1.8 million deaths result from TB, while about 10.4 million new cases of the disease occurred worldwide in 2015, affecting 56% of men and 10% of children.
