Of particular interest, this paper treats Information and Communication Technologies applied to the Emergency Medical Services Division of the Lebanese Red Cross. Information for the case study is gathered via semi-structured interviews with six informants and a database of Secondary data is collected from available management reports, assessments, feasibility studies, project reporting and documentation.
