Information Modeling of an Underground Laboratory for the R&D of Mining Automation and Tunnel Construction Robotics

Abstract: We discuss the idea of developing Information Modeling (IM) for an existing underground facility so that it can be efficiently utilized as a laboratory for testing automated machinery in tunnel construction and mining.
