Information support of decision-making in computer-aided reliability-oriented design

Abstract

The paper proposes a modified form and procedure for automated processing of information about failures based on the analysis of the existing forms for recording statistical data on operating results and laboratory tests (developed on the basis of state standards). The procedure is intended for informational support of decision-making in the development of measures aimed at eliminating the causes of failures. The proposed form with fault categories and repeatability will provide not only information support in making decisions about the development of the missing measures, but also the effectiveness evaluation of previously completed improvements.
