Information Technology Governance and Corporate Boards’ Relationship with Companies’ Performance and Earnings Management: A Longitudinal Approach

Abstract: In accordance with the segregation of oversight from management decision making, the board-level information technology governance is accountable for supervising managerial IT activities.
