Flight safety is the most important operational and technical characteristic of the air transport system, which is influenced by many factors, unstable and random in nature, which, as a rule, are interconnected with each other. The management of any property of a complex dynamic system, including the safety property of an operated air transport system, provides, as a mandatory procedure, a quantitative assessment (measurement) of the current value of the parameters by which control is carried out, since, in accordance with the basic postulate of management, to control is possible only by what is measurable. During the operation of the aircraft, information is accumulated about the state of the automatic exchange, as about the object of study. In this case, to some extent, the uncertainty in the knowledge about the object is eliminated. The main reason for uncertainty is the randomness of phenomena and processes. Obviously, there are no phenomena or events in which there are no elements of chance. No matter how accurately and carefully the operating conditions of the aircraft are recorded, it is impossible to ensure that with repeated (continued) observations, the results completely and exactly coincide. Random deviations inevitably accompany any natural phenomenon. Unlike common practice random elements cannot be neglected, especially since the result of operation depends on a large number of factors and even more combinations of them. It is necessary to study random phenomena, investigate patterns and find out the causes of random occurrences in a regular phenomenon. Finding any stable patterns is usually very difficult. However, if we consider a sequence of a large number of observations, then some rather interesting properties are revealed: individual (separate) observations are unpredictable, and the average results show stability or a pronounced trend of change (pattern of change) characteristic of dynamic systems.

This article proposes a unified theory of logistics for the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on the existing theories of armament and the logistics of the Armed Forces, and on the general laws and established consistent patterns, trends, principles, forms and methods of the use of the logistics of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The objective function of the logistics system of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is formulated to achieve compliance of the capabilities of this system with the predicted volume of logistics tasks. In order to implement this compliance, it is necessary to ensure the convergence of requirements and capabilities at all levels of logistics management. The assessment of the functioning of the Air Forces logistics system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is proposed on the basis of the stated views on the logistics theory of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by assessing the set of real capabilities of each subsystem that is a part of its structure and system as a whole. At the same time, the assessment of the quality of the logistic support of the military units (formations) of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should be related to the level of implementation of the potential capabilities of the logistics system when solving problems of each subsystem at the various stages of combat training, unblocking and operational deployment, the preparation and conduct of operations (combat actions), restoration of combat capability of troops (forces).

The article is devoted to the development and research the unmanned aerial vehicle safe flight trajectory calculation and adjustment process imitation model. The main distinguishing feature of the presented model is taking into account the signals of radar stations during the determination and adjustment the location of the aerial vehicle in the case of an autonomous flight and adapting the route based on possible obstacles and deviations. This will improve the safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle flight trajectory. Main studies of path planning methods approaches are analyzed. It was concluded that two-dimensional representation and visualization has disadvantages. Based on disadvantages, the three-dimensional calculated trajectory visualization of a flight mission by an unmanned aerial vehicle simulation model is developed. The simulation model combines the solution of following subtasks: a) modeling a three-dimensional environment with obstacles; b) building an unmanned aerial vehicle trajectory in such environment with avoidance the obstacles. Missions simulation is performed based on developed software system, sequentially, step by step. The following results of the simulation are achieved: 1) a special graphical interface for entering input data and displaying the results is developed; 2) the subsystem for simulation the space for performing a flight task taking into account the location and signals of external influences (for example, radar stations) was developed; 3) the subsystem for flight trajectory simulation calculation and visualization is developed. The software system is built using Delphi based on modular basis. The functional software system structure and the order of each functional module operation are described in article. The system’s graphical interface structure is discussed separately. An example of calculating and adjusting the safe flight trajectory of an unmanned aerial vehicle is illustrated.
