“…The end-of-program students' emphasis on two-way communication with the community, as well as bringing the community into the school to serve a variety of educational and leadership roles, reflects the heavy emphasis in the Master's program school-community collaboration. Finally, none of the three groups discussed the leader facilitating student involvement with the community, a strategy for enhancing cultural understanding discussed in the literature (Arrington & Moore, 2001;Flanagan, Cumsille, Gill, & Gallay, 2007;Theoharis, 2010).
