Abstract:Leiomyomas primarily occur in the uterus, small bowel, and esophagus, with occasional instances found in the genitourinary system-bladder, epididymis, prostate, testis, and penis. Among these, scrotal leiomyomas, belonging to genital leiomyomas, present as solitary growths within scrotal structures, displaying gradual growth.
