Abstract:As a major component of tumor infiltration, tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) primarily promote the M2 phenotype of tumors in the tumor microenvironment. Additionally, the overexpression of anti‐phagocytic molecules in TAMs facilitates tumor cell evasion of TAMs’ phagocytic arrest.
