Abstract: ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the role of Interleukin‐11 receptor alpha (IL11RA) in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) metastasis to the liver.MethodsHuman SKCM cell lines (A375, A375‐MA2, SK‐MEL‐28, RPMI‐7951) and primary dermal fibroblasts (HDFa) were utilized to assess IL11RA expression.
